I have reviewed Simon before on my 3 different trips to Cobb County Toyota and the speech to text feature was not fixed and Simon told me they had called Corp and that particular function was down on the 2 Cobb County Toyota and the speech to text feature was not fixed and Simon told me they had called Corp and that particular function was down on the 2020 Highlanders and a software update would have to be issued and there was no ETA on that. Yet the very next day I was programming phone numbers into my Highlander and saw a button on my android phone that said off by the microphone, so I switched it to on and the speech to text feature has been working fine ever since.
