They gave me a crazily low trade-in offer, even after I showed them a higher official evaluation from CarMax. Out of nowhere, the accounting manager insulted me, saying, “I know people like you—you keep asking for evaluations and will never buy anything.” Feeling completely harassed, I decided to leave. At that point, the salesperson actually grabbed my phone without my permission and tried to open my photos to delete pictures I had taken of their written evaluation. I left immediately after that violation of my privacy and bought the car from AutoNation Toyota instead, who gladly matched the fair CarMax price. Foolishly, I went back to Cobb County Toyota today just to get a tire changed. First, I found out that for a previous tire change, they completely ignored my warranty and forced me to pay full price for a duplicate tire. Then, they recommended replacing three more tires. When I told the tire department manager that I only wanted to replace one today and would budget for the rest later (since they estimated a staggering $350 per tire), he literally told me word-for-word: "If you don't have the money to change tires, why did you buy this car?" Are you guys serious? What is wrong with management here? What kind of customer service is this? I will never step foot in this place again—though I'm sure you don't even care. Stay far away from this dealership. More

Costas was very accommodating and knowledgeable in what our vehicle needs for 90k service, he did a great job of explaining all the things our vehicle acquired during the service. our vehicle needs for 90k service, he did a great job of explaining all the things our vehicle acquired during the service. The first person I encountered in the service department was somebody named Costa. I was already annoyed because I could not get the key out of my ignition for over 18 hours. I pulled into the service garag was somebody named Costa. I was already annoyed because I could not get the key out of my ignition for over 18 hours. I pulled into the service garage, rolled down my window and probably use a stronger tone of voice than necessary, but I said I could not get the key out of my ignition, and he rolled his eyes. Yes, I saw it. I told him it had happened before, he said he’d never heard of this problem. I said well it’s on the Internet, that’s how I solved it the first time. He remarked something along the lines of yeah you can believe everything you see on the Internet. That annoyed me even more. Then he said so you want to leave it, no, I don’t want to leave it. So what’s the problem he said? What a smug little man. The car is telling me to check the backseat. I took everything out of the backseat, I took everything out of the back of the vehicle. I told him I had searched for an answer and was unable to resolve. I said come over here and try to get the key out of the ignition. The key came right out of the ignition. I put the key in, it came right back out. I said MF to the stupid car situation. He probably thought I was talking to him, and in retrospect, it did apply to him. To his attitude. Called back and asked to speak to the person over all of service, and they transferred me to Zach, who is a service manager by the way. He said he was standing there the whole time then backtracked when I asked him about the conversation I had with Costa. He was not standing there the whole time, but acknowledgedthat I was mad and sped out of the service department. Darn right I was mad. Key in the ignition all night long, tricking my car so I could lock it with the other key. Then acting like I’m the idiot??? I did act like a angry woman though. If it happens again, I will document it with video and screenshot every last forum to try to resolve without calling the service department. This will be the last time I use this location. Rolling their eyes at some woman that can’t get the key out of the ignition. Escalating the situation. “Like you can believe everything you see on the Internet.” Amazingly poor CustomerService. More

I came in for regular service and asked for a tire (front left tire) with low pressure to be checked. When I got the car back, I was told the tire with low pressure had no problems, that you had filled it wi left tire) with low pressure to be checked. When I got the car back, I was told the tire with low pressure had no problems, that you had filled it with air and did a tire rotation. Tire pressure was still an issue - only the tire was moved to the back left. I took it to Discount Tire. They did a dunk test and found a nail in addition they said that whoever did the tire rotation did it in a very non-standard way. I am very disappointed Toyota let me drive off that lot with a nail in my tire that could have blown. I drive 60 miles a day on I-75 going. It could have been disastrous. More

The sales process was good and Dwayne Scott was a great salesman. The problem came after the sale. A cheap plastic part on my $70,000 vehicle broke in one week and all I got was lip service. Costas was so sweet and attentive to my financial concerns with auto care expenses. He also assisted with my decision to take advantage of the “buy 3 get one for $1” tire sale….of which I did!
