We bought our Toyota from Cobb County Toyota about 3 years ago. All of the maintenance has been done there. Every time we have service completed, there are greasy hand prints all over the front fenders years ago. All of the maintenance has been done there. They forget to replace valve stem caps after rotating and checking the air pressure of the tires. They move the seat forward so you can't get in the vehicle. And the change the radio settings from where we have them. I would not recommend their service department. More

I was told that routine service is first come first served. I think that is ridiculous. My other car is a Hyundai and a mile up the street from Toyota I can make an appointment for an oil change. At Hyundai they bring the car to the door for me as I’m handicapped. At Toyota they parked it far from the desk and told me which spot it was in. I was not at all impressed. More
