The worst service experience I have ever had. A simple oil change turned into oil all over my driveway i side of my doors on my upholstery. I had to bring the truck back as the bottom was covered in oil and dripping on my driveway. I got an upholstery cleaner and cleaned the interior myself. I was told the regional service manager would contact me but I have heard nothing. Stay away, if a sumple oil change is too mych for them just imagine if you needed your brakes replaced. More

After having the car less than a week, I discovered defects inside the vehicle . It would've been nice to have had someone be honest upfront about the issues cause less having the car less than a week defects inside the vehicle . It would've been nice to have had someone be honest upfront about the issues cause less having the car less than a week I have the issue of the headliner in my car now I have to take it back to the dealership after having it less than a week. That is very disappointing over all the vehicle is amazing. I just hope I don't have the issues that I read online that all these people are having with their explorer because that would be a real disappointment with Ford. More
