This is Robert Ogust, General Manager of Coggin Nissan Atlantic and I am sorry to still see your frustration with your experience at my dealership. When we last talked a couple months ago, I left with the impression that everything was resolved and it concerns me you are still not happy with the situation. I want to clear up as much as possible for you and hope to make things right. With regard to the state registration issues, as a Nissan Florida dealer we do not have 50 state dealer approval, and Maryland is one of the states we are prohibited from registering for. If you would like to provide your email I will be more than happy to send you the Manufacturer Statement of Origin which outlines these details. I’m sorry for the inconvenience this caused you, but I appreciate you taking the time to drive down during your leave. Our pre-delivery inspection does not become aware of pending recalls or the discrepancies from your first oil change. Publicly, we cannot discuss financial issues, however we did rectify the situation with Capital One and was able to give you the original rate. It is never our intention to mistreat our customers and I’m certain we do not purposefully exploit our relationship with military personnel and veterans. We appreciate everything you do for our country and in no way want come across as jeopardizing that. I hope that we can resolve this matter further and wish that we can change your opinion of our dealership by rescinding this review.
