Mike Beaver was extremely kind and efficient at the dealer. I even had to get some minor repairs done to the used vehicle I had just purchased and he had it taken care of within 30 minutes I walked in dealer. my overall experience was stress free and enjoyable. He wasn't rude but you could tell by the way he stopped being talkative and joking and the way he was jerking his papers around and stuff that he was not happy.
