"Incompetent and Slimey"

My check engine light turned on again within hours of having my car back in my possession. I called this morning (Sunday), when Patrick (Sales Manager) was put on the phone. Obviously distraught, Patrick tells me "hes trying to help but I need to calm down" and then rather than trying to fix my problem, he tries to focus on selling me a new car. My car only has 80,000 miles on it. My car should be able to be diagnosed. No one deserves shoddy workmanship. No one deserves slimy sales tactics. Save yourselves a headache and skip this dealership. When I find a Jacksonville Nissan with great customer service, I will post an update.

"Service department is horrible!"

So I made an appointment online to get my break pads replaced. Raymond after completely ignoring me was chosen as my service person. Our conversation begins with him questioning my need for break pads. (WHAT?! I have replaced tons of breakpads in my life--I KNOW when it needs it!) And then proceeds to tell me that I need rotors before he has looked at it. Then after wasting at least 15 min - it begins to pour. He then claims he can't test drive my car in the rain! WHAT?! I know what I need- I don't even need your test drive. Front break pads. I think he didn't want that crappy small payment. And so he sent me away. Well I guess the 2 cars I bought at your business also means nothing. I have two young adults- probably would have bought several more cars in the next few years. NOT HERE THOUGH!

"Home of the 69k mile transmission"

Please Google transmission problems for most b any CTV transmission sold. Many defects and very bad quality. They do not stand behind their cars. There are defects here and many transmissions going out at 60+ miles.

"3rd time in this dealer with the same bad experience "

buy a nissan frontier about a year a go, i got a great deal and i really like the truck, with the deal i got pre-service deal to get my oil change and filters done so 1st time service 2 hours wait awful customer service, 2nd same time waiting for my truck this time i call a head to schedule but the lady say i dont need appointment for service SO 3rd time just show up around 5:05 pm no one was in line for service, 4 people in front desk but just one working, Bill he is the only one helping everyone, the other 3 looking theyre FB..... i really dont want to go back to that dealer for service i prefer to go at the Atlantic Blvd.

"Poor Service "

I bought my Rogue from here. I like taking my car to the dealership for service. Every single oil change has been a 3 to 5 hour experience (and I had a scheduled appointment for each of them). The words "express service" should be changed to exasperating service. There's definitely something wrong here in that someone is not fixing this process. I consider it a management problem.

"Worst service ever!"

I brought my 2013 Pathfinder in for service on Dec 10. It was without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had. First it was brought in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. The lady who “took care “of us seemed only interested in trying to sell us other services. What in the past had been a 30-45 minute process turned out taking over 2.5 hours. First, she told us that there were 3 recalls on the vehicle, that we had not been informed of and that it would take an additional 3 hours to make the repairs. When I told her we would have to reschedule for that work, she told us our car would be ready in about 30minutes. 30 minutes later, she came and told us that we needed a new cabin air filter, as well as new tires and break pads. When I compared what she said the tread was with the “sample” on the desk, I clearly did not need new tires. I told I just needed my car. She told us they would finish up then and we would have our car shortly. 30 minutes later she came out and said we had a nail in one of the tires and that they needed to fix that and that would be an extra charge. Nearly 45 minutes later when we complained, we shortly got our car back. What we discovered was that after all that time the oil warning and the tire rotation warnings had not been reset and now come on constantly. According to the display on the car. The front tires are inflated to 36lbs, while one of the back tires is inflated to 34lbs and the other inflated to 41lbs. Based on all of this, I have no reason to believe that any of the service I was charged for was actually performed.

"Bill Mooney Service Advisor - The Best"

I have a 10 year old Nissan Murano. Bill Mooney has taken care of this car the entire 10 years. He is honest first and foremost. He goes the extra mile to be sure my car is taken care of. There have been shop errors, but Bill has never lied to me, he just tells us about their mistakes and then makes it right. Integrity is rare anywhere these day much less in auto service departments, where I have always felt like I was sold things that I didn't really need in order to meet their quotas. Not so with Bill. My husband has complete faith that Bill will make sure my car is safe and maintained for me to drive and that is worth everything. My Murano has had a lot of trouble,with things I honestly think need to be recalled on the Murano. At this time I don't know if I would buy another Nissan all though this is my 3rd Nissan, but the thing that would make me even consider buying another Nissan is the service and integrity of Bill Mooney. "Regular 3-month 3,750 mile service"

The Service Center was very busy but the work done on my car was completed in a very timely manner. The service rep, Bobby, kept me informed about the work being done and when it would be ready. He was first class. I make the trip all the way from Palm Coast because I trust the people doing the work on my car and know that it will be done right.
