Pretty disappointed in my latest visit for a routine oil change and tire rotation on November 22 and then AGAIN on December6. Initial appointment was November 22, and the cost was different than the previous appointments. 2 weeks later on December 5 I noticed a vibration on my way to work that morning. When I left work that afternoon I just happened to notice my front passenger wheel was missing 2 lug nuts. And upon further inspection, the 4 remaining on that wheel were also loose. As well as 4 or 5 others on the remaining 3 wheels. I went back inside at work and found tools to snug them up so I could leave. I called Cole valley Cadillac and no one answered. I called again 5-10 minutes later and someone answered but said the service advisor was on another call and would call me back shortly. This was approximately 4:30pm so I’m aware it was quite close to quitting time for them. But still, I received no call that afternoon. I called the following morning of Saturday the 6th, explained the situation again, and was told to come in before noon and they’d replace the missing lug nuts. They replaced them with limited questions and some apologies. However, why did this even occur? I’m not saying mistakes don’t or can’t happen. But not tightening lug nuts on a vehicle is a huge safety concern. I have a daughter that drives my truck on occasion in the winter when the roads are bad. And she had in fact driven my truck multiple times in those 2 weeks between the initial appointment and me noticing the missing lug nuts. I keep making appointments at Cole valley Cadillac for my oil changes to keep up with my “forever warranty” requirements there and they’re on my route home from work so it’s convenient. But it cannot be acceptable to allow workers or technicians to let vehicles leave with loose lug nuts. Someone should probably be checking others work. And also why is it that one oil change can cost me $80-$90 and the next is $115? That also makes no sense to me. I feel like I should be compensated somehow for having to call 3 times in 2 days before getting to talk to a service advisor about MISSING LUGNUTS. More

I had to bring my vehicle in for some follow service and the service dept. was right on it. I typically purchase a new/used vehicle once every 1-2 years. We have had issues where what we brought a vehicle in for was not resolved. We also asked for our vehicle to be washed at the last service and that wasn't done. I was very very disappointed i have broke down 2 times with a dead battery and have been inconvenienced i have had AAA jump me tell me my battery cell bad under warranty but after i drive to dealer it do with a dead battery and have been inconvenienced i have had AAA jump me tell me my battery cell bad under warranty but after i drive to dealer it doesn’t show bad so you wont replace it i will never buy another cadillac junk and very disappointed for what the car cost will be trading it mary kenesky More
