I think what sold me, aside from the vehicle itself (a new Sierra), was Jeannette was willing to adapt to my style as a buyer. For example, I wanted to move to email correspondence as it was easier with my crazy work schedule. She was also prompt and thorough in her emails and it really made for a simple buying experience that matched my needs. More

They called up Pete Ratzlaff to greet me and that is when we first met. I have to say that Pete was great to me. Not a pushy car salesman which would have turned me off and I would not have bought a car from. He explained all my options about the deal Coleman was offering . Have to say that is the reason I bough the Buick Regal. He then set up my phone to the new car, explained how to set the garage door opener, and other features this car had. Also told me to write down any question I might have about the car when I come in to pick up y new plates.. I was very impressed with Pete and was glad he was my salesman.
