Very bad experience. I took my vehicle in for a recal on ignition switch. They did the work but now the ignition switch gets stock in various spots while turning on or of I took my vehicle in for a recal on ignition switch. They had done nothing and just say they changed the switch. This is a brief explanation of what went on. They said a bunch of lies along the way. Don’t trust what they tell you. They just “say” all the right words but what they do or deliver is something different. I will never take my vehicle there again. No wonder they get 2 stars on yelp. More

Both Lacey and Scott from the service department did a great job taking care of my 2009 Jeep Cherokee. Scott replaced the radiator cap, which I did not know was leaking, without my asking, which was much great job taking care of my 2009 Jeep Cherokee.
