I had taken my car in due to the fact that I needed a oil change and I was having issues with my seat belt light not coming on and my door locks were not locking. They serviced my car and found as issue wit change and I was having issues with my seat belt light not coming on and my door locks were not locking. They serviced my car and found as issue with the seat belt that Denise worked on to get covered by my extended warranty. I dropped my car off on a Sunday night for a Monday appointment and the car was ready on Thursday of the same week. As I left the lot (in the evening) as I began to stop the car my seat began to shift forward and then when I gassed it would move back. I called Denise who said to bring it back, but I would have to do that the following morning as I had plans that evening and used my parent's car. I brought my XT5t back only to find out that they neglected to put a washer back in the seat to hold it in place. Now, bare in mind that I have a fully reconstructed foot and am handicapped so an important feature of the car is the fact that the seat moves when you get in and out of the car.... that feature no longer works and is isn't a programming issue as I already looked at that. Denise has an appointment set for me for Wednesday of next week so I am hoping that all will be fixed by this next shot. It should not take 3 visits to the dealership for a "fix". One would think that everything would be checked before sending it back to a customer. Just my opinion. More

Thank you for your time because I know cars can be tough to diagnose when trying to fix the problem and it seems like the issue comes and goes as was my CTS and its wheel bearing problem decided to attempt to diagnose when trying to fix the problem and it seems like the issue comes and goes as was my CTS and its wheel bearing problem decided to attempt to hide itself as if it were a phantom symptom which I was imagining. I do know my Cadillac though so I requested it replaced right away. Service department and technicians fixed it and is perfect now. Thank you. More
