The service department at Colonial Chevy is always easy to work with. The only reason I am giving 4 rather than5 stars is that I had to wait for the part (2017 Volt EGR valve) for several weeks. This is the manufacturers fault and they should fix it. If I didn’t have a battery to drive on for those three weeks I would have had to rent a car! More

Disappointed that I had to bring my boyfriend into the picture just to be taken seriously and to have my valid concerns heard. So disappointed in how I was made to feel like just a woman who didn’t know what she was talking about. The vehicle is mine.
