I found and knew of Colonial Dodge/Jeep and had been by it many times but never stopped in. This day I decided to go in and try again. To my surprise and pleasure I found the staff to be night and day pleasurable compared to the last 2 dealerships. I was greeted respectfully, not like a number and not pressured at all. I told my sales consultant "Marcus" what I wanted and he efficiently went to work. I was also greeted by the sales manager "Tim" and "Dave". All were friendly and helpful. The biggest thing is they were also willing to work with you on the numbers to sell you the vehicle. This didn't happen at the other 2 locations and it was as if they didn't need to sell you a vehicle and you were perhaps bothering them if the deal wasn't on there terms and price only.
