We were shopping for an SUV with a towing capacity of 5,000 or higher and just happened to start our search at Colonial Dodge. We dropped in on a Sunday & Tony greeted us at the door. He listened to what we were looking for, went over some details about the vehicles that might fit for us, and then brought a couple SUVs for us to see and test drive. Before we left, Tony made sure that we had the bottom line price to compare to other vehicles during our search & encouraged us to call him at any time with questions & come back and drive our favorite again at any time to compare it. Two weeks and 4 dealerships later, we were back at Colonial for a second test drive. Although we had not expected Dodge to be at the top of our list, the V8 Durango was a good fit for us with high towing capacity & a great level of luxury, comfort & extras. (I'm not going to name names, but the sales experience at other dealerships was not as good. Even at the Toyota dealership where I purchased & service my 2010 Prius, we didn't have as good of an experience as we did with Colonial!) The price was very reasonable and Tony worked to make sure that we qualified for a number of additional rebates and incentives. We also worked with Mike during the purchasing process. Both were extremely helpful going over all our options and no pressure. I highly recommend them & Colonial Dodge as an excellent place to purchase a new vehicle! More

These two were wonderful! We came in at 4 pm unaware that the dealership was closed. They came out and greeted us and told us where the trucks were that we were looking for. My Auto Adviser recommended Colonial in looking for a new Jeep to purchase. Chris Farias was the sales person who came into the picture when we came in to see what Colonial could do for me. I had my mind pretty much made up as to the type of vehicle I wanted to purchase and because they did not have this exact one on their lot, they hunted for the one I did want. With a little luck Chris found the exact Jeep I was looking for and within a matter of three days had that vehicle on their lot. I am now the proud owner of a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and I absolutely love it. The only thing my Jeep did not come with were the runner boards, but I have since had Colonial purchase and install them for me which was only a 45 minute wait and she looks better for it.
