When I first walked into the dealership, I didn't know what to expect. Seeing how my knowledge of vehicles are rather limited, I automatically assumed that I would be sold any piece of junk and then know what to expect. He understood where I was coming from, and assured me that there was no reason to be nervous because he would help me through the process. He did just that.
