The sales person Gary I.,was friendly and knowledgeable. I experienced a problem with the new Jeep, but the sales person Gary and the General Mgr. Mike Ballos provided sub. transportation and transport of m I experienced a problem with the new Jeep, but the sales person Gary and the General Mgr. Mike Ballos provided sub. transportation and transport of my vehicle at the dealer expense. The service dept. personnel specifically Greg was also helpful. Finance consultant Jay Bhatty was also knowleagable and polite. Overall I had an excellent experience at this dealership. I shopped at other dealers and evcen though most have a similar procedure Colonial was not pushy or demanding and counter offered fairly.
