We have just purchased our 4th vehicle from Colonial Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep and as in the past there was no need to look elsewhere. My wife and I stopped he as the first stop in making a new vehicle purchase to replace our older Grand Caravan. He discussed several Town & Country vehicles he had in stock and when we narrowed down the features we were looking for he offered us a test drive which we accepted. I felt he was dealing with us in an honest and forthright manner and he did not avoid any of our questions or concerns. THis visit ran beyond the closng time of the dealership but Eddie was gracious enough to stay late until all our questions were answered. After a couple days of thinking about the Town & Country we decided to buy and he walked us through the process which included getting us a trailer hitch mounted before we accepted the van. I had done my research...tons of research! I stopped by after work to see what Colonial could do for best price on a New 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Eddie met me with a smile and a greeting. It took some time and a bit of negotiation but in the end he was able to come clsoe to what I wanted and he was able to beat the deal I was given at several other dealerships on the same vehicle. They closed the Sale Floor at 8pm but we continued to finalize the deal and financing paperwork well past 9pm and never once did they complain about being there late. I absolutely love my new Jeep and look forward to returning to Colonial for service in the future, I just hope their service department has the same quality of service provided by Eddie and the sales team.
