Jerell DiFulvio my Sales Associate was a consummate professional and handled my car purchase with ease and class. My correspondence back and forth with the dealership ahead of my appointment was a bit confusing. The person who I was originally talking to was apparently too busy, so someone else said she was steppi ahead of my appointment was a bit confusing. The person who I was originally talking to was apparently too busy, so someone else said she was stepping in to help me out when I was planning on trading in my lease. I set up an appointment with person #2, even confirming the day before via text. Upon arrival, not one employee greeted us at first while we wandered around looking for the front desk (which was way off to the left and unmarked) even though at least 4 employees made eye contact with me. I was told the person I had an appointment with had left for another appointment. She texted me the day before to confirm, so that was confusing. A heads up would have been great. In the end Jerrell helped me out with all of my questions and I test drove a new Jeep. He was wonderful and super helpful. He’s the only reason I am giving the rating I am. The sales team doing the initial communications need to better communicate for a more satisfactory customer experience. More
