Unfortunately the service cannot be trusted. After many years of good service they have gone down hill and will straight out lie about what your car needs to have done. I was told my oil pan was rusted out years of good service they have gone down hill and will straight out lie about what your car needs to have done. I was told my oil pan was rusted out and was leaking oil, the service guy made it sound like I had a literal hole in the pan from rust. So I asked to inspect the pan- no hole, just some cosmetic rust around the edge that would not cause a leak. $600 for nothing, then they told me I needs new back brakes and when I showed them the receipt from 10 months ago when they- same people- put all new back brakes in they could not say anything- at least it was embarrassing for them to get caught in a completely blatant lie. When sharing this all with the manger, I got nothing more than an apology, not even an offer for some discount. It took four days to get a heater hose changed, every day it was another made up excuse. More
