This was my first time having my car serviced at Colonial Ford of Marlborough. They were polite and friendly and extremely helpful. They made me aware of an issue and the resolution to fix it. i do want to visit an actual Lincoln dealer for service, just to see if I get whacked with 2 $100 deductibles in as many weeks. I don't recall paying these when Sentry Lincoln was open in Westboro.
