Yesterday I drove my 2019 F-350 home... love the truck! Last Friday I went inside the new Colonial Ford building looking to buy a specific model truck. I asked for Mike O'Neil who sold me two trucks a couple of years ago because I liked the way he did business, no drama,no pressure,just helpful.Mike wasn't there so the Truck Manager Domenic helped me this time. He found the truck that I was specifically looking for, showed it to me,and answered all of my questions about the truck, and sent me home with a credit application.The next morning I went back with a deposit check, sat down with Nick Healy who was very helpful with explaining the financing options,and answered all of my questions.All that was left was to pick it up! Registration, plates, insurance, inspection sticker all taken care of...., perfect.Dominic familiarized me with the different functions inside the cab and hooked up my phone to the bluetooth in the truck.I appreciated how much time he gave me.
