My wife and I initially communicated with Winston in online sales then met with our Salesman John Collas once we arrived at the dealership. John did a fantastic job during our initial discussion with him stopping from time to time to confirm he was on track with our request. John is very knowledgeable with Colonial's inventory. He provided in depth details on the options that were on our new truck making it much more comfortable to enjoy once we drove out of the lot. While at the dealership other sales, financial and management personnel were very courteous and welcoming. Our purchase experience was nothing short of perfect. Negotiation were quick and counter offers were respectful. We highly recommend Colonial for your next vehicle purchase. We hope you have the same rewarding experience that we did. More

First is NOT always best! We moved from NC back home to MA last weekend. Our Uhaul had a trailer connected to it, which carried my husbands beloved and ONLY vehicle. Mid-way th We moved from NC back home to MA last weekend. Our Uhaul had a trailer connected to it, which carried my husbands beloved and ONLY vehicle. Mid-way through our journey, the uhaul kept breaking down. When the assigned tow truck driver was supposed to transport our uhaul with everything we own in it, and the attached trailer with my husband's car on it...well, he didn't show up! After waiting about an hour and a half, the tow truck driver called and told us how sorry he was because he had totalled my husbands vehicle! Needless to say, we went about 3 days without sleep trying to remedy the situation. When we arrived in MA (on day 3 of no sleep), we had to find a vehicle ASAP, so that my poor husband could get to work the following day. After driving through what felt like all of New England, we decided we would stop at one more dealership before heading back home and "calling it a day". I was quite hesitant myself to meet another saleman after how rude the last 4 were. We pulled up to Colonial Ford in Plymouth, just as they were closing their doors for the day- Yet still, they were all smiles and welcomed us inside anyway. Jake Eldredge was our salesman. He was quick, efficient, hard working, and it was obvious that he knew what he was talking about. My husband, a mechanic, was impressed with his vehicle knowledge. Jake is a real straight shooter- something we really respected and appreciated; especially after all that we have been through. He treated both of us like equals and was very professional. I can recall even telling him that he was definately in the right line of work, because he really knew what he was talking about, and his customer service skills were outstanding. We were so exhausted. Jake Eldredge, the Sales and Leasing Consultant, and Frank Feeney, the Finance Associate, couldn't have made this process any easier on us. It turned out that we saved the best for last! More
