Purchased a beautiful, slightly used 2024 GMC Denali Ultimate 2500HD. Vito Umbro was great to deal with, very understanding and at no point applied any pressure. Truck was priced very reasonably. Anthony in service is amazing. Dylan in sales fell short. He even hung up on me. He was talking over me instead of listening to my concerns. It took over two weeks for me to actually get the registration and financing paperwork from them. My vehicle was delivered dirty. I was told it would be detailed but it was not. Anthony in service addressed it for me. Another salesman helped me get my paperwork from one of the managers. The showroom and facility are beautiful. Dylan was great during the negotiating price process but lacked the follow up needed. More
