Treated like Royalty! My husband purchased a truck from Colonial Ford just about a year ago and we love it. This year, we decided it was time to upgrade my truck. He could not have made things easier. We told him we wanted to match our existing truck (2016 F350 Crew Cab Platinum in White with Black interior) and he found one within hours. All our paperwork was handled by email or courier (we're over an hour away) and the fact that they would simply bring everything to us made the whole experience simple. We truly felt like royalty!! Dell worked with Domenic DiMascio and Sean McCarthy to bring our truck to us and get us a fair trade on our used F350. They handled all our financing to make sure we got a great rate and payments we could handle. We never had to leave home, our new truck was delivered and our trade in driven away. Dell and his team made us feel pampered and that they actually VALUE our business. There are many Ford dealers much closer to us, but when it's time for a new truck - we call Colonial Ford of Plymouth because our time is valuable too. More

Went on Colonial Fords website and saw exactly what I was looking for (all the luxuries and moon roof with a navigation system. Called up Art and he said come on down. When I arrived had no intentions on buying the car that day , was just going to do some research. But the deal I was offered was to good to refuse plus I got a great price for my trade-in. As we arrived with her in a wheel chair, there was help offered to get her inside and many cars were brought to the front of your show room for us to look at and try for our selves, to see if they could accommodate our needs. At an other time , we need service, In the rain after servicing our car, it was taken outside, turned around and brought back inside, so she would not have to go out in the rain. This time, my wife has passed, and I would like to do some traveling on my own, I found William O' Neil in the show room and tried to explain to him what my needs were . My Escape is a 2014, in good shape with 18000 + miles , but I wanted to know if there was a car that would serve me and my needs better while traveling. After many hours and 2 trips from Brockton, I have a new Friend and a new Escape (#2). You have a very nice group of people at all positions in your dealership and it makes it so pleasant to speak about your needs and not feel as if you are going to taken advantage of.
