Honda to Ford I recently visited Colonial Ford in Plymouth. My Honda lease is due to expire and have driven Honda vehicles since 2008. The vehicle is great but the Honda dealers are not. At the request of a friend, I visited the Ford dealer to look at the option available. I do not recall ever owning a Ford in my lifetime. I met with John Collas and was smitten. I purchased the vehicle. I also worked with Dell Roderick and Shane Convoy. I found the vehicle of my dreams. Thank you, gentlemen. Awesome Cutomer Service I recently came home from overseas and was coming to see my family for the holidays. I was put in contact with Mike Oneil and he gave me some numbers I recently came home from overseas and was coming to see my family for the holidays. I was put in contact with Mike Oneil and he gave me some numbers on a Focus ST i was looking at. I told him that I would be in the area during the holiday. I had a very long drive and went to see him the next day after i arrived. He already had the car prepped, we took a quick test drive and then sat down to talk. He then took an additional $500 off what he had quoted me earlier. Him as well as the financier Shane, were extremely courteous and accommodating. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and i was highly recommend Colonial Ford. More

2016 Mustang GT/CS I was keeping an eye on the internet for the "right" mustang. One day on Cars.com I saw what I was looking for at Colonial Ford in Plymouth, MA. I sto I was keeping an eye on the internet for the "right" mustang. One day on Cars.com I saw what I was looking for at Colonial Ford in Plymouth, MA. I stopped in on the way home from work to see the car and met salesman John Collas in the showroom. Despite the heavy rain he was more than accommodating in sharing the vehicle information and accompanying me on a very wet test drive. John and I talked numbers and he gave me an idea on where I stood with my trade-in and finance options. Since I needed to share the information with my wife I left feeling comfortable with my experience. A couple of days passed with negotiations including emails and phone calls. Once I was satisfied with the agreement I spoke with John and told him I was ready to buy the car. John worked with Dell Roderick and Shane Conroy in finance and they came up with the best finance rate I could have found. I simply stopped by the dealership on the way home from work, spent less than a half hour on the paperwork they had 100% ready for me, and drove my Mustang home. If you are heading to Colonial make sure you call ahead and set up an appointment with John if you want a no-hassle/no-pressure/professional experience. More
