Definitely an amazing experience. I had no expectations of getting my car back the first day after dropping it off - but they did several recalls on my car super quick!! The staff is very kind the man that helped me was amazing , you can’t get quality service like this anywhere most days. I would surely recommend this ford in Plymouth to friends who need their fords touched up or friends and family looking to buy a car. I can’t say enough how quick easy and kind the process was. A recall letter was sent from Ford. As difficult as it is to leave the vehicle for the day, I made arrangements, and coincidentally, I’ve experienced nearly all of the recall problems. As difficult as it is to leave the vehicle for the day, I made arrangements, and coincidentally, I’ve experienced nearly all of the recall problems. Not knowing about the recall and having a local shop attempt to fix the issue, which they couldn’t duplicate, they reset the check engine light. It cost me several hundred dollars (I have the receipt including the reset code). The recall parts were not switched out at colonial, telling me there doesn’t appear to be an issue. The Ford Customer Service advised me to take it to another Ford Dealership, which I have an appointment scheduled. This will be my last Ford I’ll ever purchase, and I’ll never return to Colonial Ford. More
