Experience was good,I just had to make two trips to the dealership because the recall part was not on site. I would think the dealership would have a few on site knowing of the recall. The woman at the counter of the service department was great ( sorry I forgot her name.) replacing the wiring harness took less time then I thought it would. Hopefully I won’t need to but if I have to have work done I wouldn’t hesitate going back. More
