Exemplary Service During February of this year I purchased a 2015 Honda Civic from Nemesio Sousa at Colonial Honda of Dartmouth and I could not be happier with the serv During February of this year I purchased a 2015 Honda Civic from Nemesio Sousa at Colonial Honda of Dartmouth and I could not be happier with the service I received from both sales and service at this location. About 8 months ago I had decided it was time to purchase a new car and began the process of deciding which car I would like to buy. I saw Nemesio at this time and he was more than happy to help me look at cars and get a feel for what I would like to drive. Over the next few months he checked up with me and offered to help with anything I needed. And unlike other salesmen, he was NOT annoying in any way. I went in on a Saturday morning with my father to purchase a 2015 Si, Nemesio sat us down at his desk and pulled up their website and started showing me other cars as well, and suggested I test drive all of them to see which car I liked best. He pulled up a 2015 Civic that had no pictures, at first I was worried the car would be a beater due to the fact that there were no pictures posted. But Nemesio convinced me to take a look at the car and just see, and I’m glad he did because I fell in love! I ended up buying the 2015 Honda Civic and had all new leather interior and heated seats installed. I cannot thank Nemesio enough for being so patient with me while I looked for a car and also going above and beyond to make purchasing the car as easy as possible. He’s reached out several times since the day I purchased the car to make sure everything wasn’t going great and that I liked my new car, and when I told him about an issue I had had with my heated seats he offered for me to bring in my car that same day to have that issue resolved. I cannot be any happier that I chose to buy my car from Colonial Honda and do not believe I would have found better service at any other dealership.
