After recently being in a rollover accident and totaling my last car I was nervous about purchasing a new car. Having this be my first time buying/leasing a brand new car i had so many questions. Desiree was exceptionally helpful in answering any questions that i had and explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. When it was time to look at different cars Desiree was extremely knowledgeable on the products and compared different models and all of the details. After finding my new car she even helped me with my insurance agency and helped to explain things once again. To top it off Desiree brought my car down the street to my work so I could have it sooner! I had shopped around a little before going into Colonial Honda but always felt like the sales employees where pushy.
