I was a little surprised when I got home and found that I needed to adjust the tire pressure in my two new tires from 37 and 39 PSI down to the Hyundai specification of 33 PSI. I was also a little surprised that you don't wash cars after a service appointment. I get that courtesy from Honda. The parking adjacent your service department is terrible as indicated by the big chunk of stucco missing from the corner of your building. When at the service center, I interacted with both Kimberly Muzynski and James Carpenter. Both were very professional. More
Two compaints Never have a vehicle to barrow when I come in for service. I live in Kennett Square so it’s inconvenient to not be able to barrow a car for one day. I was told to schedule at least two weeks in advance and maybe could get one but not guaranteed once I come in. Also I mentioned my tire pressure light was on and I don’t think it was looked at because it was still on when I picked up my car! Who ever serviced my car should have seen the light was on. More
