Top notch experience We were looking for a specific model and trim that was hard to find (Elantra GT Sport 6MT). Jessica Dean was helpful at sourcing and notified us of their inventory prior to visiting the dealer per my request. Once confirmed, she scheduled us for an appointment and introduced us to our sales rep upon arrival. Our sales rep Lou was down to earth guy and great to deal with, he gave us a good tour of the car, a long test drive and overall made things easy. Both Lou and Vince honored the advertised incentives and although we had our own private financing, we were still treated like a valued customers. Rob from financing was also able to meet our budget for an extended warranty (from an already excellent one!). The only negative is they don't accept a credit card down payment over 2k without getting charged extra fee's. Our plan was to put 5k down on a single card (take advantage of reward points) but had to use a debit for the balance. Had I known this would be an issue, we would of just brought cash to make things easier. Other than that, AMAZING experience, Colonial has a large inventory and their is staff is some of the best in the industry. PS. We went out of our way to shop here, over 2 hours away in New Jersey! Although out of the way, will definitely consider them in the future again. More

Waiting time First of all let me say....I live 40 minutes away from Colonial Hyundai in another county. I brought car in for inspection. Second time this has happened. Last time went in for oil change and waited 45 minutes BEFORE car brought in. In both instances paperwork was still on the desk of service agent, J.P. Jones. This guy does not belong in the customer service arena. I've been going to Colonial Hyundai since 2007 (purchased/traded-in 4 vehicles from this dealer) and have never had this issue. I always dealt with Jim or Donna and received fantastic service. The manager of the department has also changed and that change, in my opinion, was not a good one. I deserve to get superior service from this dealer considering my buying history. They have profited a great deal from me. I will most likely be going to a local service statiion for my future maintenance needs. More

Reasonable Service but Unneeded Recommendations I took my 2015 Santa Fe in for a recall and that service was completed in a timely fashion. Additional service recommendation were made for a cabin ai I took my 2015 Santa Fe in for a recall and that service was completed in a timely fashion. Additional service recommendation were made for a cabin air filter replacement and an engine air filter replacement. I declined both recommendations. When I returned home I looked at the paperwork I received from another auto service center and saw that both recommendations had been completed less than two months previously for about half the cost I was quoted.
