Great survice, super friendly I had my inspection and oil change. I waited about 2 hours but was offered refreshments by numerous people and watched tv so was not a bad wait. Lose bolt I had the car in for a problem with the steering column. I can understand that the repair took several hours more than estimated. What the real proble I had the car in for a problem with the steering column. I can understand that the repair took several hours more than estimated. What the real problem was, after I drove the car for a day or two the steering column was worse than before I had it repaired. Then a bolt fell out. I did bring the car back and they completed the repair I was told that the mechanic simply forgot to tighten the bolts. Not my best experience with a service center. I had no issues with Donna, as I know she did all she could. The problem lays with the mechanic. More
