No pressure, no stress I had a great experience at a Colonial Hyundai. There was no pressure from the sales person. Hyundai warranty is THE WARRANTY My almost 10 year Sonata had a leaking head gasket which ultimately led to alternator problems. Replacing both would be a $$$$ job. JP, the service tech (sorry I don't have his full name) checked and ensured that everything was fixed and included as part of the 10-year 100,000 miles powertrain warranty. Also as usual, Colonial Hyundai is super helpful is getting me a ride to and from the dealership and one of the main reasons I continue to bring my car here for all services. More

We went the Colonial HyundaI dealership because we got an invitation to take advantage of a great The salesman Randy was very nice and knowledgeable. We went the Colonial HyundaI dealership because we got an invitation to take advantage of a great trade in deal, zero apr for 72 months, a 55 inch tv, and a chance to win $5000.00 if we purchased a new car. We immediately test drove a 2019 Hyundai SanteFe, and were sold. That is when we learned that we were not eligible for the terms of the invitation. We were ready to walk, when a concession was made for the trade in. We asked the General Manager about the TV mentioned in the invitation, and he reluctantly told Randy to make the deal. We were waiting and there was some confusion among the staff about which car we were getting, we were there for over 6 hours. Just before we went to do the paperwork, Randy said that we were getting such a great deal, we would not be getting the TV. By that time we just wanted to conclude the deal, and get going. We mentioned many hours before that we had a prior engagement and needed to get things done or we would come back Monday. We were constantly assured we would be on our way soon. We got there shortly after 11:am and left after 5pm. Not a great experience. More
