Fixed the problem with maintenance I was worried our car was heading down the road of nickel and diming us as it started to ping. Tried upgrading gas to premium, difference gas stations I was worried our car was heading down the road of nickel and diming us as it started to ping. Tried upgrading gas to premium, difference gas stations but it got worse. So glad an engine flush and fuel additive fixed it. Here’s to another 100K miles. And Kim is always sweet. More

Overcharged but fixed due to Ted following up Ted Katwat was a great salesman who understood my needs and was relateable. Rob Barba on the other hand was horrible. He threw in hidden charges without explaining them and could not be bothered to tell us the correct numbers to write on the check. He told us that we got deals that we did not get and really seemed not to care at all. Thanks to Ted we were able to get the money back that we were overcharged. I appreciate how Ted called multiple times to fix the situation (Rob did not bother to call back...no shocker there)10/10 recommend Ted but be careful when you go into signing the deal with Rob. Ryan Degen the finance guy was also helpful in fixing the overcharging situation. JP from service was also friendly and helpful with arranging the pdi. More
