Vehicle purchased Call to discuss details. Was quoted a different price, went in for purchase of quoted price and ended up paying over quoted price and in fact $5.00 o Call to discuss details. Waited well over an hour and on oxygen, was running out of oxygen so when they finally had me sign and complete paperwork it wasnt anyone i dealt with and i rushed thru and signed. It is very disappointing to be treayed so poorly and then to have over paid. Have had the vehicle a month and it broke down. Totally dissatisfied. Call to discuss and refund of the overpayment is requested, but no one has called me and no check received for the overpayment. More
Late stop into service center I had sudden loud hard thunking sound when shifting from park to drive or reverse and back into park. This was as I was driving home from work. I got to service ctr at 6:00 without appt knowing they coles at 8. I had to know if my car would be safe to drive to work the next day. They were busy with only 2 technicians,but able to check it out by 7:30. Donna was excellent! She told me the car was safe to drive and explained the problem thoroughly. She said they had to order the parts. She will call me when received to sched the repair. My thanks go to Donna. More

Painless as compared to past new car purchase process. The overall process was good. I want to send Kudos to Andrew Trofa. What an asset he is to your sales team. The only thing that I believe should be ch The overall process was good. I want to send Kudos to Andrew Trofa. What an asset he is to your sales team. The only thing that I believe should be changed, in your sales department, is the extended warranty pitch should be given prior to being told you are done and will be out the door in minutes, after purchase is complete along with paperwork. I do not know what happened here but we had missed lunch and were told we were done and while waiting another "15 minutes" approached by Ryan in regards to us declining the extended warranty. This took another 45-60 minutes to convince us to buy only after he explained the reasons and the deal we could get the additional 5 year warranty bumper to bumper for. We have never bought an extended warranty with a new car purchase prior to this time as we did not keep the cars much past 5-6 years. The main reason we bought into the extended warranty was for two reasons. First we figure this will be our last new car purchase as we are both retired now. Second due to the fact that there are so many advancements in new car technology, which is beyond my control, you must be a rocket scientist to fix anything and it is very costly to have the work done. I do want to add that I appreciate the time Ryan took with us so we could make an educated decision. I wish only that we would have had this information prior to thinking we were practically out the door. But overall I would send business your way. More
