If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I would only provide the one star for the work of Marvin - he was a lot of help and very honest. I had a lot of issues with the other individuals in the dealershi provide the one star for the work of Marvin - he was a lot of help and very honest. I had a lot of issues with the other individuals in the dealership though. At the end of the day the staff was negligent, dishonest, disrespectful and inconsiderate. I would never recommend this location to anyone - and honestly they've completely turned me away from Hyundai completely. There was nothing wrong with the car but at the end of the day the way they treated me and my mother was as though we were completely helpless/idiots. Completely unprofessional and negligent. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else - Nissan, Subaru, Toyota - anywhere else. Also you can tell a lot about a dealership by the way they respond to unsatisfactory reviews. This location responds to reviews toeing the line of airing out personal information and without, once again, any consideration for doing better. Pitiful. More
