Excellent Service I bought my Hyundai in 3/19 from Colonial and just had my first service at 3750 miles. Service manager was courteous, helpful and even went to see why I bought my Hyundai in 3/19 from Colonial and just had my first service at 3750 miles. Service manager was courteous, helpful and even went to see why it was taking so long to get the courtesy car wash. I have never used the dealer to service calls unless it was for a recall because I have had poor service and even disrespect at other dealers. From buying the car to my first service I have been treated with respect and questions have been answered even though they are probably dumb ones from someone who knows very little about cars!! More

Road Hazard Warranty On Wednesday Nov 20 while driving on rt 95 I got a flat tire. By the time I realized this, the tire was ruined. I had the spare put on and drove home On Wednesday Nov 20 while driving on rt 95 I got a flat tire. By the time I realized this, the tire was ruined. I had the spare put on and drove home with no problem. On Thursday I called Colonial for service. I was given a 9:00 AM appointment for Friday. In addition I needed a PA inspection and an oil change. All was done and I was on the road home by 2:30 PM. This was the third time a tire and one wheel were replaced at Colonial. Thank God I purchased the Road hazard warranty Insurance More
