I've never been more pleased! When I entered, I thought I had a 10yr/100k mile warranty. Shortly after JP took a quick peak at the engine trouble I was having, he assured me that it should still be covered under the warranty saving me possibly thousands of dollars in repairs. From JP being incredibly helpful with getting me into a rental same day(As this was all last minuet.) You know when your car breaks down on the way home from work, you still gotta get to work the next day... Thankfully JP did everything he could, even fixed a few issues with my front bumper for no charge. The service that JP and the dealership in Downingtown provided me has truly just won me over as a lifetime customer for Hyundai. Keep those fun 2.0T Sonatas coming. I am going to want a new one in just a couple years. More

Usual Great Service Originally booked inspection appointments for both cars with Donna who was her usual friendly self. Before first appointment, key fob for 2006 Sonata Originally booked inspection appointments for both cars with Donna who was her usual friendly self. Before first appointment, key fob for 2006 Sonata failed and door would not stay unlocked when using key. Took fob in for a replacement battery and was assisted by JP. Once we got the car in for new fob and to resolve door issue, JP kept us informed of progress and offered to have inspection done while he had the car. Donna was helpful with drop off of other car and with updates and ordering a Lyft. Thanks to both of them! More

When you find a dealer with great stock choices, excellent prices, helpful and not overly aggressive sales and finance folks, and a warranty and promise to deliver that matches - why leave without buying? Disappointed I dropped my car off at 10:00am and didn't leave until 12:45. the car needed to be inspected, an oil change and a tire rotation as well as an update t I dropped my car off at 10:00am and didn't leave until 12:45. the car needed to be inspected, an oil change and a tire rotation as well as an update to the software. I left and came back around 11 they said they couldn't get the tires off the car due to the wheel locks and they didn't have a master key. I didn't get a wheel key when I bought the car from colonial. Once i mentioned the master key they magically found one. My service writer wasn't great. I wouldn't say knowledgeable or customer focused. He was only worried about what this review was going to say. I couldn't even get my car washed in the pretty much three hours I was there. He didn't car about my time or about my experience only what i would say in the review. I drove over an hour to get to this dealership bc i bought the car there and receive free state inspections. I am now at pottstown paying for the inspection bc of how bad the service was. I hate writing negative reviews and I wasn't originally going to write one at all, but how he made me feel is still bothering me today and wasting my entire morning at the dealership really was frustrating. No only did not get my car washed but I couldn't even get the update done bc they lost the thumb drive that needed to do and his answer was simply just to come back. I expressed my issue with that and only then did he try and make the experience better by offering to get it shipped to my house or come get the car ETC. Which I can admit was trying to be helpful but from the initial experience I had with him this was little to late. If your shop only has one device to update software for customer you guys should really make sure you have it when you need. Now I have to go to another dealership to get this update. which is just ridiculous. I bought two cars from there and had an amazing experience with Mike. I have a lease up up in three years, at this point I'd like to come back to Mike but I am not sure my new car will be a Hyundai. I am already not liking the elantra and this experience has not helped your cause. This was my first service experience since I bought the car and it was an awful one. my service writer sucked and directly affected my experience. More
