Rubin advises my daughter that her car would be ready by a ce My daughters first experience with getting service on her car was less than desirable. Rubin advises my daughter that her car would be ready by a certain time on Monday. It wasn’t ready when he advised her. Rubin advised my daughter what the issue was and requested payment for the part up front. In 28 years of getting my vehicles serviced, I have never been asked to provide a payment for the part prior. Rubin was aggressive in attempting to sell services for her car. When my daughter advised Rubin no, he kept pushing services. To get the car rescheduled for Thursday was also another ordeal that was less than desirable. My daughter dropped of the car on wed night. On Thursday morning, my daughter rec’d a call asking why her car was there that Rubin did not schedule the appointment. When trying to get in touch with Rubin to confirm if the car was going to get fixed. He was not available. I also called on Thursday and was hung up on by a female. More

Awesome experience My experience was fantastic. The car I wanted , in the color I wanted, was not at the dealership. Mike worked for weeks to find the color I wanted. H My experience was fantastic. He contacted me weekly and when I had a question he was back to me with In The day. I was not bothered ever. So we got the vehicle and he helped show me the gadgets. We laughed as I started change the interior lights. I will be back for additional gadget training as I had to be out of the dealership for an appointment and they made it happen More

Service Department Needs Work I bought my car in September of 2017 and added a package on that would get me free oil changes and car washes. The salesman and finance department I bought my car in September of 2017 and added a package on that would get me free oil changes and car washes. The salesman and finance department informed me that I could bring my car anytime I wanted for a free car wash. Later I found out that the free car wash is for when your vehicle is serviced only. So far, every time I brought my car in for a service, the car never gets washed. When I put my gold card in the cup holder and write on the key drop slip for them to wash it, when I pick up the keys the car is never washed. I then will have to wait for the car to be washed when it was at the dealership all day. Other times when I've waited with the vehicle, I've been told that they are too backed up and I would have to wait hours for a wash. Once I picked up the car and two of the four tires were tire shined and there were finger prints all over the windows. Most recently when I picked the car up (and it didn't get washed like I was told), there's finger prints all over the windows, you can tell it was washed in a rush and my magnet that was on my car is gone. It is such a shame that when you buy a car here they push these features and add on packages that the customer pays for monthly and they can't even wash your car when you have it in for service. After this most recent experience, I did touch base with J.P. about all of this, he apologize. J.P. made sure the car was washed during this most recent appointment. I truly appreciate what he did. However, the fact that I have been having the same issue since I bought the car, it is just unacceptable and there is no excuse for it. I love my car, but I would never recommend this dealership or the service department to anyone due to all of the poor experiences I've had since I bought this car in 2017. More
Inspection and 4,000 mi check-up, oil change and new filters I missed the cookies with the coffee in the waiting room, but the advantage is it's healthier for me to abstain from this indulgence and therefore was I missed the cookies with the coffee in the waiting room, but the advantage is it's healthier for me to abstain from this indulgence and therefore was a plus and not a minus!! Service contact individual brought to my attention the credit I will be receiving re misrepresented mileage issue and for him to be pro-active on this matter was greatly appreciated. I love my Genesis and when I'm in the market for another Genesis my first stop w/b Colonial! More

Exceptional Customer Experience Dear Colonial Hyundai, I was absolutely thrilled to meet with David Smith and Malcolm Robinson on Saturday for yet another “Exceptional Customer E Dear Colonial Hyundai, I was absolutely thrilled to meet with David Smith and Malcolm Robinson on Saturday for yet another “Exceptional Customer Experience with Colonial Hyundai in Downingtown. Both gentleman were kind, considerate, knowledgeable, down to earth and fun. It was obvious that they had my best interest at heart. As the 2nd of 10 siblings and 40+ nieces/nephews, I was happy to hear about some personal experiences especially about family. I love driving my new Elantra. More importantly though, I was grateful for the time that you spent with me, the education that you provided and the open and honest discussion and recommendations about financial aspects of the lease on my 2nd car from Colonial Hyundai. Pics were shared along with my glowing compliments about David, Malcolm and all of the wonderful people (Marvin, Christina, Rob and more) who work at Colonial Hyundai. Everyone smiled and offered to help each other, which was delightfully surprising as all had worked many hours on a long, hot, summer Saturday and were probably very tired between 5PM – 6PM when I was driving off in my beautiful new car. I have had numerous conversations with family as well as colleagues at work and at Church since Saturday.
