Not a great situation So I sat for 3 and a half hours waiting for an oil change and an inspection, and then they finally came over and told me they lost my keys. They recti So I sat for 3 and a half hours waiting for an oil change and an inspection, and then they finally came over and told me they lost my keys. They rectified this by giving me a loaner car while my key fob was being recut and while they put calls in to try to see if they could find my keys. My service was comped. So it started bad, middle was good, but then ended pretty bad too because as I was pulling out of the parking lot, I went to turn my ac up, (2018 Elantra that I’ve had less than 1 year) the ac started making this crazy noise (that it was not making prior to them working on it). I would not have felt this way at all about the entire situation until the whole thing with the ac. I called back right away (because I was running late for a meeting and couldn’t turn around and bring it back right away) and the associate apologized, said it might be the cabin air filter, and told me to bring it back in when I have a chance. It’s a 45 minute drive there and 45 minute drive back. Sooo yeah I’m still pretty upset. More
