I dealt with the manager Vinny and the salesman Lou, and both not only helped me find a vehicle within my budget, but were incredibly welcoming and treated me as if I was a close friend. I could not feel more welcomed, and they made my experience one I will not forget. I would certainly recommend Colonial Hyundai to anyone who is looking for a great car to purchase, and the staff here will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your new vehicle. Amazing experience and am looking forward to dealing with them in the future. More
Warranty My car needed two sensors. I had a warranty I purchased at colonial. My services person tried to sell me the parts. I paid a lot for my warranty for My car needed two sensors. She kept telling me they don't usually cover that stuff. I said they definitely should. I made her call the warranty people and it did cover these parts. She said wow you got the golden ticket! I was not happy that I had to insist she call the warranty company. I knew what I paid for and so far I haven't ever had to use it. My warranty is good till 2023. I told her I had a warranty but she kept insisting they wouldn't cover the sensors. I feel she wanted to make money on me by making pay for something that I shouldn't have to. This was the third time I had my car in for the same thing and it finally got fixed. More
Purchased a new car I merely went to the dealership to get the Costco pricing on a new Santa Fe Sport and ended up buying a new one because the sales personnel were so fr I merely went to the dealership to get the Costco pricing on a new Santa Fe Sport and ended up buying a new one because the sales personnel were so friendly and good at what they do. When the vehicle that they had in stock was not of interest to me, they found another vehicle that met my specifications and brought it to the dealership the next day. That is the one that I purchased. If you decide to get Costco pricing on a new vehicle, I recommend that you take the Costco pricing to other dealerships first to see if you can get a better deal. In my case, I think a better deal may have been possible. I really liked the dealership though. More

Service sucks I had a 2:00 appointment for an oil change on a tuesday afternoon. Couldnt even fi d a place to park because the lot was so f-ed up. Was told my car I had a 2:00 appointment for an oil change on a tuesday afternoon. Couldnt even fi d a place to park because the lot was so f-ed up. Was told my car had a recall but was a simple computer update. Sat there for 2 and half hours waiting for the car. Finally i leave and come home, my wife takes the car to go to the store and makes it 5 minutes down the road and the car goes into limp mode while pulling out on a main road. Car only does 20mph the whole way back home. Call the dealer and she says oh it must be that recall we did?? I said well didbt anyone drive the car after the recall was done? She said no without a care in the world. Had to have the car towed down there at 9 oclock at night and get a rental. Car was there for 5 days waiting on a part she said may not even fix the problem.....never again will we be taking are car to thar xxxxhole dealership. We bought the car at Lancaster Hyundai but colonial ead closer to get service done. Big mistake!! More
