I also met Customer Relations Manager; Kimberly who had all of the same qualities as Kate and JP. This dealership is completely dedicated to providing "best in class" service and sales. I am grateful to and for the entire Team. God bless all, Kathleen More

Without her amazing communication abilities, I may have never known about the car being available. Ted was incredibly helpful and also supportive of my decision making process. I made it clear to Ted that I would take my time and do immense amounts of research prior to buying any car. Unfortunately, once I made the decision to lease a new Genesis G70, the process slowed to a crawl. The car wasn’t inspected and the process would take a few hours. After spending 4+ hours at the dealership, we agreed to come back another day after I put in the down payment. When we returned a few days later, the car was still not completely ready, and we spent a few more hours waiting to do paperwork. Unfortunately, even after all of this, I was told we would need to complete the paperwork again because of some process changes for Genesis branded cars. It seems this dealership was not entirely prepared to sell a G70 under the new Genesis brand. I really hope this can be improved upon, as I wouldn’t want another customer to have to suffer through this long and tedious process. More

Car Service Let me begin with I have multiple cars of multiple different brands of different cost basis. I bought my last few Hyundai's as train and local commute Let me begin with I have multiple cars of multiple different brands of different cost basis. I bought my last few Hyundai's as train and local commuter cars mostly based upon this dealership and their staff, and the fact they have a car for a decent price that gets 55 mpg that fits in train station parking lots easily. I really like the people here. Service is usually decent overall 7/10-8/10 consistently. That said its a service industry and you cant please everyone all the time. Compared to the BMW & Mercedes dealers I deal with for my other vehicles, I truly like the staff here more. Great service writer staff- Jim & JP truly are great service writer's and they really do a great job. I am very busy at work and don't always have time to talk on the phone, & JP is always responsive on email within 20 minutes and I appreciate that. I lost/misplaced my wallet the day of the service and in a frenzy called in and Jim found it for me in the car thankfully while in for service and placed it in the glovebox for me. Kudos to him! Quite the relief! Great service on an out of the ordinary request. These guys are the face of the business and have the ability to leave a great or bad taste in people's mouths when they walk out the door. They always, always have me feeling great, attended to, and never leaving angry or in a position to not return. As for the visit- I had to go in for a recall for my hybrid, the part went missing when previously ordered, (not service writers fault, or parts- probably just a recall item that got used on another car in for service before I got there) so had to be reordered and the reason for having to come back in a second time. The ride home was appreciated, although the ride back when they had to pick me back up they had my address wrong in the system so the car had to go to my correct address adding 15 min (not a huge issue- address changed in the system going forward and it was a free ride after all!). Requested both wiper blades to be replaced after a hard winter in which one was torn/damaged, only one was replaced (so now I need to go back, again. Not sure why a wear item that wears evenly would be replaced in sections, but either way a mild annoyance as the other old wiper performance is terrible compared to the new). Maybe they thought they were doing me a favor since only one was ripped/damaged? No big deal, will address next time in. Requested the car be washed, was not done even after specifically requested- maybe forgot or the detail department was busy? Either way- not a deal breaker as usually my car is washed and looks great when picked up. Unusual visit experience this time, as the remaining 25+ times I have been here have been pleasant & 8/10 great. Maybe just a busy time? Either way will absolutely return as I like working with JP & Jim and hope to get a car wash and my other wiper replaced this next time I am in for service. More

I was charged 350 dollars for nothing more than a tire rotation, oil change (free), state inspection (free), alignment and 15000 service. Where does that add up to 350 dollars with a free oil change and state inspection. So apparently a alignment is 100 bucks, emissions 40 bucks, the biggest rip off is the 15,000 mile service. What did they do for that much money change two filters and rotating tires, oh and checking the suspension which is done anyway for state inspection. So save yourself money and take your car to a local mechanic, and research the so called service intervals do rd your BRAND NEW CAR. More
Brake line snapped when pulling out after rear brake job. Recall: They mixed up my VIN no. and performed additional recall work that wasn't necessary. I was supposed to have my car back same day it took 10 days. They couldn't bleed the brakes because the lines were 'frozen' to the calipers and tried to force me to pay to have them replaced. Not my responsibility since the work that was being done wasn't asked for and done in error. I needed my rear brakes and rotors replaced. When I picked up the car the brakes were not functional and there was brake fluid under the car. They gave me 1/2 off the work performed, small price to pay since I could've gotten into a major car accident had I not noticed that the brakes weren't working. More
