Took time to introduce me to JP in the Service Department who shared the car maintenace schedule with us. Bradley was very personable, just a real nice guy. Rest of the staff, Chuck, Rob, etc. worked to get the right price, process all the documents and also get me my new car quickly so I could be on my way. Everyone was very friendly. Came to pickup car from service, ended up buying new My other Half Brian and I came in to pick up my 2013 Hyundai Veloster after a service fix. We plan on starting a family soon so thought to take a look at some "Ideas". During our search we ran into our amazing sales Rep Lou "Rock", Ill call him "rockstar Lou" . Lou is a family man who knows how important it is to have a safe vehicle for his family. Due to our financial situation Lou showed us the best option SUV for our future family. When he brought over the 2019 Tucson I fell in love, after the test drive it was basically a done deal. The only thing holding me back from signing the deal was the price. Lou did everything and more to fulfill the cost we could afford. We ended up driving the SUV home that night!! Lou was much more than a sale rep, he truly cared and did everything in his power to make our experience at Colonial Hyundai an amazing one. I just want to thank him again from the bottom of our hearts for all his help. We now have a safe vehicle for whenever that time comes when we have little ones of our own. More

I needed to call my insurance company to have the car removed. The car was picked up on Friday and I NEVER received a call. I knew Saturday that the car was picked up when I stopped at the mechanic. Colonial Hyundai is just the best sales and service dealership I have ever encountered. James Carpenter always goes the extra mile to assure complete customer satisfaction!
