Lease The beginning was great but it ended up feeling as a 2nd class citizen. We were told that the deal would be done by 4:30. She left early and the deal wasn’t finished until 6 pm. We started at 2:30. Then after the deal was done I was asked to move from the chair because “ I have a guy buying a Tesla “. I was then told that the office door was open to finish signing the agreement and I was meet by “ what are you doing here, I thought you were someone else. We sat while the printer continued to be a issue. I know we only leased a Elantra but it was my step daughter 1st real car. While seating with the salesman we were told several times about giving a great review so he could get a bonus. Thank you for a wonderful experience. More

Great Used Car Purchase I worked closely with Kimberly on the sales side and Jennifer with Finance. Both were very knowledgeable and professional. They both worked diligently to make sure I purchased the vehicle that met all my needs at a price I could afford. Kimberly never made me feel pressured. Jennifer was a breeze with the paperwork and had me laughing most of the way through it. Update: 3/27/19. Blue Link in vehicle is still not working after three weeks of multiple phone calls with Hyundai. It's being worked on I am told. My sales representative (Kim Murzynski) did very little to assist me. Would not recommend her for sales. I would highly recommend working with Kim Schaffer, who went above and beyond to assist me by physically checking the settings in the vehicle and also by contacting Blue Link to help expedite the service issue and get me an additional three months of complete subscription services. Keep in mind, she did not sell me the car, yet she took a lot of time away from her own sales opportunities to try and help me. That is Gold Standard customer service. If it were not for Kim, this rating would have been three stars or less. More
