I wanted to keep our options open an sent an email to Colonial Mazda. I knew after receiving a quick response from Heather Ramos, that this was the place to go. She answered all of my questions and there was absolutely no pressure. We made an appointment to come in a couple of days later. When we arrived, Heather greeted us with a warm smile and introduced us to Nelson Mejias where the pleasurable experience just continued. Nelson asked us what we were looking for and showed us just that. He even stepped away so my husband and I can discuss our decision. We drove our gorgeous car home later that afternoon. We will definitely be going back when the time comes. More

Over the years, dealing with any Mazda dealership has been a great experience and this most recent one was no different. Our salesman, Adam, was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. We had talked through our growing family's needs, and with his help, were able to get clear that the '16 CX-9 was exactly what we were looking for- a luxury type vehicle that seats 7, has great safety ratings, can handle rural New England winters, is economical on gas for it's class, and drives both smooth and fast. It was a pleasure to purchase from Colonial Mazda. Adam made the researching and test driving easy and fun and there was never any pressure. The processing of all of the paperwork and financials were also free of pressure and a breeze. We highly recommend the car, the salesman, and the dealership! More

He not only provided an array of information on multiple models he also makes you feel comfortable in realizing what your needs in a vehicle may be in the present time as well as future. I must also express gratitude beyond the sales floor to all employees. From the pleasant secretary at the front to Jay in the back handling important paperwork. I was not planning on buying a Mazda I was at the end of my lease on a 13 Toyota Rav4. The car was in great shape and well below allowed mileage. I thought my best chance for a good deal would be Toyota but I was not very excited by any of their models. I happen to just stop and take a quick look at the Mazda's in front of the dealership on a day off. Within minutes I was approached by Adam. He was very nice, not pushy and knowledgeable. What sold me was the test drive. Not a spin around the block but going up a very steep, mountain road. I was impressed he had such confidence in the product he was selling.
