John McNeil We were in the market for a new vehicle and after test driving many comparables, we wound up at Colonial Mazda test driving a 2016 CX-5. John McNeil was our sales person. He took us on a very comprehensive test drive to show us all aspects of the CX-5's abilities. He was extremely knowledgable regarding all of the features and gave us all the pros and cons of the model and year we were for. While making sure we were educated consumers, he gained our friendship and loyalty by being upfront about the cost of ownership and all programs available by Mazda. Needless to say, we ended up purchasing the CX-5. Just as the test drive went well, so did the purchase! It was very smooth and left us really enjoying our car buying experience. So much so, that four days later we came back for the purchase of a second Mazda vehicle! We came back to John because we knew he'd make the experience just as enjoyable as the last. We were not disappointed! He was able to get the specific model and trim I wanted, a 2016 CX-9 Touring with Tech package. They had just arrived on the truck and he made every effort possible to make sure I had my dream vehicle. As soon as my vehicle was in, he took me on a test drive and made sure I knew my new vehicle inside and out. Even though we had already purchased a similar vehicle only days earlier, he took the extra time to give me the gold star treatment all over again. This showed me that t wasn't an act or a scripted response. He REALLY cares about his customers and the EXPERIENCE of buying and owning a Mazda. As before, this transaction was completely effortless. Financing was amazing and they quickly and efficiently got us on our way in our new CX-9. We searched online for p While this review is on Colonial Mazda, we actually bought a Subaru from the sister store and with the help of Cody Stone. We searched online for preowned cars, specifically a Subaru Outback in the Danbury area. We had a great experience with a 2002 model and wanted something affordable and guaranteed to last. We came upon Colonial Subaru and found a car we liked for a great price. Cody Stone helped us out and provided a lot of help and patience. We ended up test driving three different cars before we settled upon an Outback we really liked (not even the one we originally came to test out). Each time we looked at cars Cody was patient, explaining all the features with each model and giving us a nice little tour of Danbury and Brookfield while we test drove the car and tried out all the systems. In the end Cody was able to find us a car with even more features for almost the same price! Even though Cody usually sells Mazda cars, he was very knowledgeable and anything he did not know he admitted up front and then found the answer for us. Anytime we had a need, he was there for us and even handled some paper work problems we experienced with our 2002 Subaru. We could not be happier with both our car and our experience. More

Easy, fast, wonderful! I had to get a new car in 4 days, this is only my second car ever owning so I was going to be picky. We went to a few other dealers in the area and I I had to get a new car in 4 days, this is only my second car ever owning so I was going to be picky. We went to a few other dealers in the area and I was not impressed. We went to Colonial Mazda and as soon as we walked in Adam stepped up to answer all of our questions. He was great! He answered everything we had to ask with confidence a friendly personality. We looked at the Mazda 6 and I fell in love with it as soon as I sat down. He gave us all the papers we needed and was very sure this would be an easy process, which I didn't believe cause of all the stories I've ever heard of car dealerships, but he was correct! The next day we went in around 4pm, signed all the paper work and by 5:30pm had the car ready to drive! Actually it was ready to drive even before I got there ! Adam gave me a tour of the car and how to use it. I would highly recommend getting your next car at colonial Mazda, the Atmosphere is so positive and comfortable you'll be happy with your next choice from here. More

I had another visit scheduled afterwards, but decided to stay at Mazda. Tom Amalfitano was a perfect associate from the get go. He asked me the one question no one else had asked me "what are you using the car for"? It showed he cared and just did not want to sell me the car for the sake of getting a "sale". I would definitely recommend Colonial Mazda to anyone looking for a car...I am extremely happy with my purchase!! More
