I'm extremely happy to say that, contrary to my preconceived notion, I had a terrific experience. Everything was explained simply and succinctly so I didn't feel like anyone was trying to talk above my head. The sales team was not pushy at all and answered all my questions, even the dumb ones, with total professionalism. We were not sure if the car considered ( a Mazda 3 ) would clear the top of our driveway. After comparing the ground clearance of our considered vehicle with the one of others, Tom let us drive the car to our house 20 minutes away. To our relief it cleared the top pf the driveway.
