Easy to work with, no hassles, fair price I wanted to buy a new Mazda. I did my research on the internet so I knew what I wanted and what it was worth. The initial price offered was right on the average for our area and then he reviewed all the possible rebates and found one that applied to my situation. My husband was in a pretty awful car accident. We met Adam, and knowing all we had been through, he went above and beyond (all though reading through various reviews, I think it's just the type of great guy he is) to make our car buying experience as easy & effortless as possible. He is a wealth of knowledge. He not only knows so much about the product he is selling, but of every aspect of the car buying experience. From getting us set up with Roy, (the phenomenal finance manager) to working with the service team to make sure the car was in mint condition for us, to dealing with all questions and concerns I had about the process of dealing with our insurance (since I had never dealt with a car being totaled before and didn't really know how the whole process of getting the new car would go). He walked us through every step and never made us feel pressured or rushed. In fact, he made us laugh a lot & put us at ease during what was a stressful time. He has gone out of his way to make sure that I was comfortable with financing as well as the condition of the pre owned vehicle I was purchasing. Although the vehicle was purchased "As Is" when a minor problem arose a week after purchase he did not hesitate to say bring it in ASAP. Upon arrival I was put in contact with Jeremy Reichin from the service dept. who also went out of his way to make sure that everything was taken care of. Since that day I have received multible calls from both of these gentleman to be sure that I was satisfied and all problems were rectified.
