I was having trouble deciding between the Honda CRV (my husband have been loyal Honda owners for years) and the CX-5. I came back for a second test drive and Nelson took me out and showed me all the CX-5 could do. This made my decision easy. The Mazda clearly won the contest. Not only was Nelson knowledgeable, he made the whole experience stress free. When he told us to see his boss to finalize the purchase, we cringed thinking "ok this guy is going to lay on the pressure to purchase extras". His manager, Roy Morel, was just as nice and relaxed. I'm extremely happy to say that, contrary to my preconceived notion, I had a terrific experience. Everything was explained simply and succinctly so I didn't feel like anyone was trying to talk above my head. The sales team was not pushy at all and answered all my questions, even the dumb ones, with total professionalism.
