Long story short, she put me in contact with Dave, and he handled all the paperwork before I entered the dealership, you see I had to travel from out of state to purchase the car for her. When I arrived the car was prepped and ready, Dave patiently walked us through the entire process and assured that my daughter understood her car thoroughly, it was amazing.
