Importantly, when during the sales process I said "no", which wasn't often, the conversation respectfully ended without an aggressive sales pitch. Great Customer Service This was the second Mazda dealership I went to. I had a wonderful experience here from when I walked in the door, someone attended to me and got me li This was the second Mazda dealership I went to. I had a wonderful experience here from when I walked in the door, someone attended to me and got me linked up with Dave quickly. I came looking for a specific model and was able do a long test drive of the cx-5 on different terrain and speeds. Dave answered all my questions and concerns during the test drive and spoke about his experience with his own cx-5. When we were discussing financing options, he wasn't pushy but gave me more than enough information to make a good decision. He put together quotes, copied warranty information for me, explained the different parts of the colonial maintenance program. I left feeling I got all the questions I needed. I originally had wanted to get a technician to come look at the vehicle and they were accommodating with working on that and telling me how it could work. I ended up not having the vehicle inspected since I was purchasing a CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) with low mile-age and not accidents, via the car-fax. I ended up contacting the dealership to make the purchase and they prepared it ahead of time with a nice detailing. They found me a better rate through the dealership than my credit union and it was all ready to be completed once I arrived to pick up. I really enjoyed my time learning about the vehicle and I'm happy I visited the colonial Mazda dealership. More
