He instinctively knew exactly what I needed to check out both in and out of the car. I was a tad nervous about switching to such a larger ‘mom’ car but he pulled out all the stops to reassure me what fun this car is to drive. Fears completely alleviated. New outlook on car buying experience I totaled my car 2 weeks ago and didn’t really know what I wanted to get. I can honestly say that Adam was the most straightforward and honest person I’ve ever worked with. He was very knowledgeable about Mazda and listened to everything I wanted/didn’t want in my new vehicle without trying to upsell me on all the bells and whistles. If you’re in the market for a new car, go see him and take a look at some vehicles. At the very least, you’ll leave the dealership with great customer service, good conversation, and feeling more at ease about the car buying experience.
